Du vendredi 28 au lundi 31 mars Une nouvelle étoile s’apprête à briller sur la Côte d’Azur.
Les passionnés de parfum, de beauté et de luxe du monde entier sont invités à se réunir pour un événement unique. Organisé par l’association Passion Mode et Parfums présidée par Juliette Dubois, cet événement promet d’être une célébration somptueuse de l’industrie du parfum, rassemblant des créateurs, des marques et des amateurs venus des quatre coins du globe. 

Programme Raffiné 

Le festival offrira une variété d’activités conçues pour ravir tous les sens. Les visiteurs pourront découvrir des ateliers de création de parfum, des conférences animées par des experts de l’industrie, et des expositions mettant en avant les dernières innovations et tendances olfactives. Des démonstrations en direct et des expériences interactives permettront aux participants de plonger dans le monde fascinant de la parfumerie. Des distributeurs de renom venus du monde entier seront invités pour rechercher les pépites, ces talents et produits émergents qui définiront les tendances de demain. Des Invités de Marque En plus des activités prévues, le festival accueillera des célébrités emblématiques de l’univers du parfum et de la beauté, ajoutant une touche de glamour et d’excitation supplémentaires. Parmi ces invités de marque, une ambassadrice internationale du parfum et un nez français réputé partageront leur passion et leur expertise.

General Terms and Conditions

International Perfume Festival

1. Definitions

– Organizer: Refers to the entity responsible for organizing the International Perfume Festival.

– Participant: Refers to the company, organization, or individual that has completed and submitted the engagement form to participate in the festival.

– Event: Refers to the International Perfume Festival, including all related activities, exhibitions, and presentations.

2. Participation

– Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of the completed engagement form and payment of the applicable fees.

– The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant that does not align with the festival’s objectives or standards.

– Participants must comply with all deadlines for registration, payment, and submission of materials.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

– All participation fees must be paid in full by the deadline specified in the engagement form.

– Payment can be made via bank transfer, other methods as specified by the Organizer.

– Failure to pay the fees by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the Participant’s reservation.

4. Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organizer.

– If the Participant cancels more than 90 days before the Event, 50 % of the participation fees will be refunded.

– No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the Event.

5. Booth Setup and Equipment

– The Participant is responsible for the setup and breakdown of their booth within the timeframes provided by the Organizer.

– Any specific equipment or services required by the Participant must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

– The Organizer will not be responsible for any damage or loss of property that occurs during the setup, duration, or breakdown of the Event.

6. Liability and Insurance

– The Participant is required to have adequate insurance coverage for their participation in the Event, including public liability insurance.

– The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property caused by the Participant or their representatives.

– The Organizer will not be responsible for any disruptions, including those caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond their control.

7. Compliance with Laws

– The Participant agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to their participation in the Event.

– Any materials, products, or services exhibited by the Participant must comply with all relevant legal and safety standards.

8. Intellectual Property

– The Participant is responsible for ensuring that all materials used or displayed at the Event do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

– The Participant grants the Organizer the right to use their name, logo, and any promotional materials for the purpose of marketing the Event.

9. Data Protection

– The Participant agrees that their personal data may be collected and processed by the Organizer for the purposes of organizing and promoting the Event.

– The Organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Amendments and Changes

– The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, or other details. Participants will be informed of any significant changes in a timely manner.

– The Organizer may amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Participants as soon as possible.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France tribunal of Cannes

– Any disputes arising from participation in the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the engagement form and participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these General Terms and Conditions.
